We utilize automated Large Language Model (LLM) agents (such as Hermes Agent) to handle initial customer inquiries via WhatsApp, web, and Meta messaging tools.

  • Informational Nature: Responses generated by our automated AI assistant are for informational, preliminary scoping, and scheduling purposes only. They do not constitute binding technical quotes, formal project commitments, or legal agreements.
  • Accuracy: While we strive to maintain accurate AI knowledge bases, automated responses may occasionally contain errors or imprecise project estimates. Formal project scopes and commercial agreements require direct written confirmation from Simon Ho.
  • Fair Use: You agree not to send spam, malicious scripts, prompt injections, or abusive messages to our automated messaging systems. We reserve the right to block numbers or IP addresses violating this policy.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Website & Branding Content: All original content, logos, branding assets, code snippets, and design elements on https://simonho.net are the intellectual property of SimonHo.Net unless otherwise stated and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
  • Client Deliverables: Intellectual property ownership for custom software, custom AI workflows, or cloud infrastructure built for paying clients will be governed explicitly by separate written service contracts or Master Services Agreements (MSA).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region:

  • As-Is Basis: Our website, public API demos, and automated chat tools are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Service Interruptions: We are not liable for temporary service downtime, webhook delays from third-party platforms (such as Meta or Cloudflare), or unauthorized messaging access caused by external network disruptions.
  • Consequential Damages: In no event shall SimonHo.Net be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website or automated assistant.
